Thoroughly enjoyed the company of Judith and Eric who both looked after us so well, from booking us a table at a nearby restaurant to cooking our wonderful breakfast.

Judith and Eric are the most wonderful hosts and their waterside rooms such a unique b&b that we fell in love with the place. In the morning you wake up in a very very comfortable bed listening to the birds outside and later on having a delicious breakfast. Judith and Eric found their own Paradise and we are very happy that it is open for guests. We can very much recommend it for nature lovers, romantic stay and getting to know Judith and Eric :-).

Thank you so much for a peaceful and relaxing birthday. The cake and card was a lovely touch and most welcome - the cake was delicious! The fabulous breakfasts set us up perfectly for lots of exploring, and the surrounding areas were lovely. The repeat visit to the Cafe Royal in Annan was testament to some great chips! Thanks for everything.
